Taillight fail help.

I have a strange taillight outage. Blinker/running light/ reverse light/ left license plate/ brake light are out, but the taillight is functional. All bulbs work, fuse seems good. Confused. Any advice?

Your post is confusing me, If all lights don't work, how is it functional?
I'd be looking for the brown ground wire connection to the chassis or the plug not seated correctly.

Bad ground maybe?

All lights bulbs are non op Accept the taillight bulb that is shared with the brakelight bulb. That is the weird part ,that the power is getting to that, but not the brake light or any others. I will check the brown ground today.

One of two possible things to look at in the taillight assembly casting: the metal tang that contacts the bulb base has gone "flat" and needs to be bent out a bit, or little board that powers the lights and held to the tail light assembly by two little "ears" has loosened.

With the power off, you can use a pick to pull the tang up a bit. If you are very careful, you can use a voltmeter (or test light) to determine if you have power to the tang (be careful not to short out the circuit).

Alternatively, you can remove the tailight assembly and open up the back to see if the little board(s) have loosened from the casting. You can try to snap them back in. I used a bit of JB Weld on mine to lock it into place.
