Coupe Door Allignment

Hello People...

I am hoping you'll be able to point me in the right direction on how to allign my passenger door properly.....
Some months ago, I had to have the door and the front fender replaced after some bumb@ss backed into me with a face full of SubWay..

Any way, the gaps are not as good as I want them to be in that the fender/door gap is just a a millimeter or two off being parrallel and the gap between the bottom and the rocker cover is not parrallel. It isn't really bad but it just bugs the ***** out me :D

I think it will need to be shimmed behind the hinges against the post, but
a) where can I get these from
b) what a procedure should I adopt??

This may help: Thread

The one thing that stands out in the thread above is that you just have to fiddle. There is a lot of adjustment available in the hinges. I've taken mine apart but haven't gone through the process of remounting them. I'll be looking for any tidbits here when an expert answers...

Courtesy of Bivenator:
The bushing part number is 901 531 311 20 oem
The door stay is 911 531 957 00 m260
The shim is 901 531 703 23 oem

I have a spare hinge shim, if you need it. I think it's something like 1 or 1.5mm.

Thanks tharbert and Techweenie, I appreciate the help.

Neil
