Tire Recommendations for 70 911

I need to put a set of new tires on my resurrected fossil that I intend to use for weekend drives and some daily driving. I've got original Fuchs 14" Rims. Any recommendations.................

I'd be interested in the best performing tire but at a reasonable cost. I know that Pirelli or Michelin are good but are there any others?
