Powder-Coating (Wheels) in West LA?

Anyone know of a reputable shop in Los Angeles, preferably one that has the capacity to dismount/mount and balance tires?

Hello Mehoff, living nearby am looking forward to suggestions. I do have a set of used 6" and 7" cookie cutters I want to use as spare wheels. MY 79 SC came originally with those in painted silver. That set could use a good make-over.
