I have been through this myself. They are not accessible online (yet).
You have to call or fax them, which is a bit of a pain if you live in diff timezones. However, I hear they are VERY professional to deal with and REALLY know their products well, with respect to the various models of Porsche etc. I'll be buying a new rear bumper and C2T Teardrop mirrors from them shortly.
