Mechanic For Non-Starter West Coast ?

I have a 1987 911 Carrera Cabriolet that is a non starter.
I need a recommendation of a trustworthy and knowledgeable Porsche mechanic "somewheré" East Coast that I can send the car to.
Car is currently in Albany, NY.
Any recommendations of a good East Coast mechanic would be very much appreciated, happy to truck it, not looking for member diagnosis of issues over net.
