Poly front bushing lubrication help needed.

What's the best way to lube (and with what) Poly bushing in the front control arms. Mine are groinging and squeaking badly. I am planning on trying to spray silicone spray in there. Any other tips/ideas?

chris,

I doubt if silicone spray will help for very long, if at all!

Tweeks.com has a special bushing grease called Formula 5 Prelube, which is Teflon-based, and specifically for the urethane bushings. You will need to remove the control arms to properly lubricate them, but it seems worth the effort ... for a couple of years of quietness!
