Cookie Cutters on the 911
Somebody asked for Cookie Cutters mounted on a car. Here are mine that were on the car for last weekend's AX event. With low-profile competition tires they look pretty small but they are not on there just for good looks. 205/50-15 and 225/45-15 Nitto NT01 tires are only about 23" O.D. while stock for 911's is about 25". All four wheels are 7x15 ET -23.3 wit 14mm spacers on the rear. The car is effectively lowered with this setup and the gear ratio is also lower. My street tires are about 24" and fill the wheel wells much better. Speedo error is about 12%!

'88 Carerra Commemorative Edition - Diamond Blue Metallic
These are 16" 7s, 8s Fuchs wheels I just put on - replacing the 15" 7s,8s that came with the car. Weidman's Wheels in Oroville did the refinishing job and they came out great. Herb said he used to do these wheels for the dealers back when this car came out - he knew the color well and did a great job with the match. Fitted with BFG g-Force T/A hoops, 205/55 and 225/50. Love em.
