Need Vacuum Hose Info for '84 3.2

Can someone tell me where the 5/8" OD hose routed in the same holder with the oil tank breather hose attaches to? This hose is #28 (Illustration !07-00) in the Pet Catalog. One end of the hose is attached to the bottom of the throttle body (next to the hoses to the recirculating air valves and the hose to the cruise control), in my car, the other end has a bolt stuck in it to cap it off.
