Zenith German Carbs 40, recommended psi?

I did a search and found little information on the Zeniths. For Zenith 40 carbs, what is the recommended PSI? Is a regulator recommended here (1-4 PSI or perhaps above 4 PSI) ? Thanks.

3.5 psi of fuel pressure will be perfect

3.5, Thanks! . I plan to use one Holley HLY-12-804, adjustable regulator 1-4 PSI, and I'll adjust that to 3.5 on the pressure guage. Thanks.
