Where can I get a headlight part?
 

As with my other light issues, I only need part of an assembly. I think mine are H4's ('87 Carrera). My right one was very shaky. So I took it all apart and found the top two retaing screws missing. BUT, the small edges that the retaing bolts go into had also broken off!!! There is probably no way to fix this other than jerry rigging it, and welding doesn't make much sense here. So I need that huge ring part of the assembly (not the trim ring). It looks like part of part# 911 631 909 00 in my manual. I don't think I need the whole thing. Does anyone out there have an H4 assembly they want to part out? Thanks.

Are you sure you have H4's? U.S. 911's didn't come stock with H4's.

I've since been told I probably have H5's. I found the part at Ian's - or at least I think we hashed out the description so that the part he's sending me is the one I need. We'll see.
