Reconditioning Leather- Tan- Or rear seats Wanted

Hi.
Door panels and rear seats need some serious cleaning. Is there a process for reconditioning the leather. My rear seats smell and have some water damage, and id like to either replace them or figure out the best way to "brighten" them up.

any advice.

Car is an 1982 Targa. Tan interior.

I've always used Colorplus products. They make Soffener the best reconditioned I've ever used.

My Seat Dyeing Procedure

This is a good one to read. Very do-able if you can get the "stink" out.

+1 on Color-Plus. Have not used Leatherique - suspect they are of same quality across the board. Soffener - The guy at Car Care Online (Larry?) says if real Lexol is like seat vitamins, Soffener is like seat steroids.
