APS Head Stud Question

Anyone know the Full name of the company that makes APS head studs? I'm trying to find more info on them and can't seem to locate them.

Dan:

Here is a thread over on Rennlist where a lister queried about APS studs:
http://forums.rennlist.com/forums/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=002440

The above thread created the same ARP, APS confusion as is happening here.

I was never able to find out anything about APS headstuds after my previous MM rebuild, but after breaking down the motor I discovered that the "performance head studs" on the build sheet - which MM said were "APS" - referred to some black (epoxy?) coated steel head studs that are probably like, or the same as, the 993 style steel head studs.

Good luck to you!

Regards,

Kurt
