Antenna connection
New windshield installed and lost some signal strength, particularly on the AM band. I believe it is a poor connection to the in-glass antenna. I'd like to know just what type of connector is used. I see a small metal tab protruding from the rubber seal on the inside edge ot the glass at the start of the thin antenna track in the glass.
Is there a procedure which requires the installer to run the connection through the new seal? Thanks Fred
