Quick Turbo Tie Rod ??
I'm in the middle of this and I want make sure that I am to disgard part number 2 on the attached.
As soon as someone is kind enough to confirm this, I will finish up and call it an evening. As always thanks in advance.

no you would not use #2. the item 13/2 does not come in the kit. i've never seen a nut there. there's supposed to be a thick spacer/washer there, between the rack shaft and the tierod joint. silicone spray on the rubber boot ends helps a lot.
