1986 911 hunting
I have a problem with my 911 hunting. Have replaced the idle control valve and that helped but it still keeps hunting. Car has a modified computer installed prior to us owning it and wonder if this maybe the cause. It will stall at traffic lights sometimes and has to be started again. Seems to be worse on hot days. It will also do it when cold but settles down after short period. Can it be fuel mixture or leaking hoses

Try posting over in the 911 Technical forum, you may get more help.
Porsche 911 Technical Forum - Pelican Parts Technical BBS Being of the 930 addiction on this forum, we deal primarily with old CIS fueling technology. We don't have idle control valves or computers. No such thing as electronic fuel injection and it's supporting members.
