$40k is my guess. Exterior/ interior colors are contrasting and unique. I like it

Saw it in person Thursday evening. The photos don't do the colors justice -- just beautiful. Good luck offering only $40K; this car is unique...

add some white accents and it will be the hit at this year's 4th of July parade.

The blue is beautiful but I think that interior would give me a headache.

Would they really get $40k for that car? Wow.

As for the leather color - I don't think it matters. I have my head out of the cockpit so much that I never notice the interior color in any car I'm driving. Even when you drop your head in for an instrument scan, the dash is black. I think the color combo is pretty awesome.

I could put up with a lot for that blue - but the red is over the line. It would have to go.

Man, I'd like to know what wax they use at Canepa.
Barry Meguiar did a 1/2 hour there on one of his Car Crazies (aired on Speed 1-3 weeks ago), so maybe something in the Meguiar's line?
Holy spit-shine, Batman.
I'm thinking $60-80 range, judging from the caliper of cars that pass through their hands.

While I haven't seen this car in person, I have a friend who has a Triumph TR4A in essentially the same colors (see photo). While I wouldn't have considered it, it actually looks great.

With so many Carreras in red, silver & black (including my Guards red example), unique colors are desirable to many, especially on particularly nice cars like this one. So perhaps it will bring $40k.

The digital photos have shifted the color of the interior of this car really badly. It's actually a very deep blood red in person -- not the lurid lipstick color that most monitors are likely displaying. It's really a stunning and tasteful combination in person.

Am I the only one that loves a red interior? This is a nice coloured car.

Canepa will sell it for at least $60K. That's the Canepa premium for top shelf cars.

That is more than 3 times what I paid for mine. But mine has 6 times the miles, so maybe it is a great deal

Now that I am an owner, I hope they get $60,000+ for it.

Actually, it depends upon the lighting. In shade, or not very bright light, it is a little subdued. In bright sunlight, it really is that bright red, almost as bright as Guard's red paint. I had that color in a turbo I owned for 25 years or so.

$40K, or maybe more?!?!?!?

For an '87 3.2 with low mileage?

Not that long ago (well, a few years anyway) I bought my '87 with roughly 60k miles for less than half that.

Yes, mine is a more common color (black/black) but it also has all of its original accessories and I am only the second owner.

Yes, this car is a nice color combo, but $40k, or $60k - $80k ?????

I was interested in this car but the asking price at $59,500 was a bit far from what I would pay. I don't like the wheels and the interior is a bit garish for me. Otherwise, it is probably worth the price to the right buyer.
