Parking light problems

I noticed last night that both front and back left side parking/sidemarker lights on the 79SC had quit burning. The turn signals are still working. I replaced all of the bulbs and cleaned the contacts but still no go. Any suggestions where to look next?
Thanks,
Mark

Clean the housing that the bulb sets in. I had the same problem with mine when I replaced the bulb. If the body of the bulb does not make good contact with the housing, it won't light.

I just spent half a day on my car chasing the exact same problem,I learned that my car has a seperate fuse for the left side verses the right side park lights. There was a bit of corrosion under the fuse, cleaned it up and it all works good now.

Problem solved.

Grant, You saved me a world of grief. I just checked and there is a blown fuse. I would never have thought about separate fuses for each side.
Thanks again.
Mark
