Valve spring question

Im purchasing new higher lift cams from Web-cam. The cams are alittle more agressive than the "S" with better low to mid range power. The cams are going into a 2.4 liter motor with "S" pistons. Can I use Original valve springs with a Intake lift of .470, or should I buy Titanium for 640.00 dollars?
Thanks Eric

Get some racing valve springs from a reputable source. I think I paid about $375 from AASCO. Your higher lift cam will give the valves less time to "get out of the way" of the piston. The higher spring pressure won't give you any performance but may save your valves. Note that the AASCO springs are not a drop in proposition - you need to modify the spring carrier to fit the springs and reset the valve height. If your motor has a lot of miles on it would behoove you to replace your retainers and keepers with fresh ones.
