recommended mechanics or garages in Las Vegas
two days away from leaving overseas posting; going home to vegas.
have an 86 911 targa; non-garage queen intended to be a daily driver waiting. any recommendation on pelican-or-owner-friendly garages and mechanics would be appreciated. will have the bentley manual on hand and i'm ready to get my hands and back dirty but i am sure mechanical idiots like me will need an honest mechanic at some point. thanx. remigio "waltraud" 86 911 targa |

I suggest having a chat with PCA member Tony mazzagatti, whoo owns a service shop called 900 Series Motorsports: 900seriesm.com - 900 Series Motorsports - Exclusively Porsche - Las Vegas.
Tony is an old Porsche friend/fellow instructor/racer. I have met some of his customers and they were quite happy with the service.

I have taken all my 911's to Carl's Place. Tony and I owned a 57 A-coupe together. My girlfriend brings her 993 from LA to get serviced by Tony. They have all been good friends and honest gents. Wouldn't go ANYPLACE else in Vegas.
