There has been a lot of threads on the RS door panels that will provide good info regarding the source and installation. Without getting int oall that, I installed them on my 78SC Targa and love them. Mine came from Better Bodies and are very good quality. Some complain the kits should come with instructions, but for me, it was pretty self evident. Others have made their own by purchasing the materials. Overall the RS door panels for my 78SC were an afternoon job. The early models (pre-73) are a little more difficult. Just be sure to get some form strips to put on the backing, like the factory ones, to push the panels out to secure the backign platesfor the door locks. Take your off and you'll understand.
As for the door pull, it feels solid and is kind of fun watching someone trying to get out of the car.

JonT,
I'm very happy with mine. I thought it would be awkward but they work very well. It does feel right in my car. I bought mine from Original Fit Interiors and fit fine. The only challenge was trying to figure out how to connect the strap easily. I had no choice about putting them in. My rollcage does not work with the stock handles. It's still new so I can't talk about longevity. If you need directions you can look here. RS Door Panel Installation Rick
