Voltage regulator

Well I found the charging problem from my previous thread Starting Problems-Please help(kinda long)

It was my Voltage regulator, better yet the local electrical motor shop had one IN STOCK! And BEST of all it was $12Cdn. Even Pelican wants $86US.

I installed it and the car runs fine and Voltage is 14 when the car is running. But for this low price I am a bit worried. Can anyone think of any possible problems?

Shawn

PS I told them it was from a VW to save the P tax, but they got the # from my old regulator.

Happy Man here!
