Relay/loose wire = no start

1970T Zenith carbs, got in car, turned key, no start. I went to the back relay panel and wiggled a few wires around, checked the yellow wire and when I lightly tapped on the round ( smaller one in front with #90161510903) relay it fired up. #1) can someone confirm what the small one is? Is there a newer version of this part? New part # is? #2) the bigger round one in the back is the RPM sensor, correct? #3) box with red label is the rpm transducer correct? I hope that replacing the small round one has something to do with my starter, does it? Glad this happened in the garage!
