Ripped into the door today

Well after reading all the posts about power window problems I jumped in today and stripped out my passenger side window motor as it had as I have proven failed. I have a new one on the way along with various other spares however the one thing I have not ordered is a squeegee type strip which goes on the outside of the window, it's only visible when the trim piece is removed from the top of the door. I don't know what it is and mine just fell apart when I tried to carefully remove it man it crumbled. It is held in place with 3 or 4 little stud type fixtures and I need to order 2 anyone any idea what it is? Also need a window rail for passenger side and have an ad on the classifieds. Was not that big a deal getting the door stripped but now I need to get all the parts to get it back together.
