Problem starting RSAmerica
 
Hi,
Recently, when I start my car (1994 RS America) and the engine is cold, it turns over but doesn't start. When I turn the key off and restart the car, it starts right away. There are no problems once the car is running.
Any ideas?

DME relay would be my first choice

I agree, check DME Relay.

Also check distributer belt.
