Please help with unidentified part
 
Hi, I'm restoring my '89 cab and can't seem to identify this part (plastic or rubber) attached to the widow frame. Can anyone tell me where I can buy this particular part. Or if its NLA, are there any DIY tips? Photos of the correct part would be appreciated as well. Thanks much.
