Webers vs stock FI on 912e 2L Type IV

So I've got this 912e on which the PO installed dual IDF 40 Webers. Should I keep them on or reinstall the original fule injectors. I don't plan on making a race car out of it, probably will become a daily driver. Reliability is a big issue - I want it to start when it should. Overall, the motor is a bit tired and may need a rebuild soon.

Opinions!

Thanks,

R

I am a fan of the factory EFI. It works quite well if it is in good running order. I've never had any problem with mine. Some grouchy mechanics like to rip it out and call it problematic but I think they are lazy.

The system is well documented via a PDF flating around and many people understand it's workings and are happy to share.
