Installing bushing into sway bar

Hey all,
What do you guys recommend to install the hard plastic bushings into the drop links on my rear sway bar?
I've got a '77S and I want to install this soon! Heat, lubes, etc?
Thanks ,
Pete

Pete,

Some silicone grease, such as Dow Corning 4, 111, or 112 ... and a vise with wood strips or plastic jaw protectors. Go slowly, and apply additional grease with match stick if the bushing isn't going in evenly all around the circumfrence of the link opening.
