911 windshield opening dimension?
I'm looking for a measurement of the front windshield opening from roof to cowl in the middle. I've got a newer windshield and a pre 73 911 coupe and I think the glass may be too short.
Do you have a coupe with the glass out? What measurement do you have for the opening? What vertical measurement do you have on center of glass? Please post whatever info you have. Early or late, I'm curious what differences there are between the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's windshield sizes, opening sizes and gaskets with and without the aluminum trim.
