Door card speaker hole position

Does someone have a factory door card with an unmolested speaker hole that they can take some measurements for me?

Hole size, edge of hole to bottom and edge of hole to forward edge.

This is an '88 door card, but I believe the main speaker hole is pretty close through SC and Carrera.
