What's missing here?

So I just picked up a 75 911S and it has some issues.
One of which is the turn signals and flashers don't work.
I started troubleshooting and found this:

I see that the flasher is no longer present???!?!?!
I am also missing two other items/relays I believe.
One of which it looks like somebody has made a jumper for.
Maybe this is factory and are used for accessories my car did not come with.

So, who knows what should be in the other two sockets?

You are correct, the hazard flasher is missing as are two other round relays. It's been a long time and I don't have a diagram to tell you what the two missing relays are for but someone will surely know. Clearly the one with the white jumper is essential, maybe head light dimmer? Your 75 does not have a fuel pump relay so that, at least, is out of the equation.

The one on the bottom right should be the flasher relay.
Not sure on the other ones.

I thought the flasher relay was the square socket.

Here's the thing. You are correct, the flasher relay is a square relay but the socket still may be round (I honestly can't recall on my 75). The key will be to look closely at the round socket on the bottom and see if the holes in the socket are for pins or spade connectors as the flasher relay uses spade connectors.

What makes me suspect the square socket in your picture is that I don't remember the socket being attached to the bulkhead with a screw, as it is in your photo. I remember it to be pressed in like the other round, rubber sockets. However, the flasher relay is typically the closest one to the back of the fuel gauge, which would make it the square one in you picture.

A closer investigation might help or, at least, a larger photo.
