events in june?
I am visiting California in early June with my family. Are there any events i could visit in the first two weeks, i am going to the vw shows 8th/9th but would love to see some better looking cars than a vw bus! simon

This time of the year there's always something going on...
If you're going to be in Northen Calif, how about the Wine Country Classic May 29 - June 2. There's also the Grand Prix of Monterey the following weekend June 7-9. For a slightly smaller porsche-only event, there is a Swap Meet/Concours on June 2 at one of the SF Bay Area dismantlers, PartsHeaven. Click here for the details. At the other end of the state, try the Pomona Swap Meet on June 2. Always much to see. Check out our hosts photo archives to get a flavor of the Porsche aspect to this event. Don't be fooled though since the Porsches seem to make up only a fraction of this event. If you want to see everything, it can make for a very long day. No matter what you do, you can't go wrong. Enjoy.
