Targa window scraper r&R
 

I'm replacing deteriorated window scrapers on both doors of my '85 Targa. I'll be taking the interior panels off anyway because I'm putting new door stays & reinforcements in at the same time. It looks like the triangular window needs to be removed in order to slide out the old scraper and slide the new one in. Is there a quicker/easier way to get the scrapers out/in without disassembling the triangular window & frame? Both the windows seal fine now and I'd rather not mess with them if it can be avoided. Thanks for any help.
