Running uncorked on the 91 freeway?

A couple days ago I was heading home from work around 4pm and I heard a very loud car heading west in the opposite direction from me on the 91 freeway south of LA. It was a 911 with uncorked megaphones. Sounded great. Anybody want to fess up?
