Driver side mirror - Help!

Driving home Friday I noticed my drivers side mirror just flapping around. When I got home to check it out it would just rotate and pull straight up and off. I left my Bentley at the office so can anyone tell me how this thing attaches?

Thanks

I'll give it a look - Thanks. I love working on my car, but these type of projects I can do without.

Yes

..I just buttoned everything back up. Not very difficult. I guess over 20 + years some parts just loosened up and let go.

As always thanks for the help.

Hopefully I'll have time to install the front rotors I ordered a month ago. If so I'm sure there will be more questions.
