I am tired of the shifter in my 930 and am wanting to buy the Wevo shifter for it. From the previous owner, I know that he installed a shift assembly from a 915 5-speed vehicle on my car, which has the 4-speed 930 tranny.
If anyone knows, my question is this: Is there a difference between the 915 and 930 shifter housing? I am wanting to buy this version of the Wevo at Welcome to Windrush Evolutions - WEVO - Porsche Products Will I need to dig up a 930 shifter housing to make this upgrade? Thanks all!

a 930 housing does not have a reverse lockout like a 915 housing. the lockout is in the trans itself. looks like the wevo picture on the left.

The housings are the same. All housing internal components are different.
