Ateel Fuel Line Needed

I thought maybe a picture would help as I know this line is likely used on Euro cars only. This is from a 1983 Targa 911 3.0. It is the fuel return line that runs from the back of the fuel distributor to the WUR. It is a 4mm OD line and the compression fitting requires a 10mm wrench. Does anyone know where I can get one of these or have it made?

This line is about 32 inches long and has a compression fitting on each end.

Dklever48 -

I replied to another thread you posted on this subject. Now that I see your photo it looks to me like a 10mm x 1.5 threaded fitting. Also, what you have is not a compression fitting.

I do not have this size in hose, but I do have this in Polyamid and can make up a Poly line that may work.

Of course, Polyamid fuel lines are used throughout the automotive industry now, as they are resistant to the nasty stuff we get at all our gas pumps today.

If you think this would work, email me.

Edit- Actually, if the wrench size is 10mm, then the thread size must be less, so perhaps its a 8mm threaded fitting. I will have to look to see what I have. Len

Sorry, but M10x1.00 is the smallest fitting I have available, and it takes a M12 wrench.

It looks like my piece but mine is much smaller. It is a 4mm OD steel line with a fitting opn each end that only requires a 10mm wrench. I am still trying to find a place locally that can tell me what the thread size is. The flange on the nd of your line is simalar to the one I have but again mine is smaller. This car was made for the European market and shipped here after being driven in Germany for a month. Both the line going into the fuel distributor and the return line are the same size and they are smaller than the injection lines them self which take a 12mm wrench. I am lost until I can figure out the thread size. Thank you for responding
