Need advice on what power source (safe) to use for a Jacobs Omni Magnum
 
I'm looking for a good 12 Volt source located in the engine compartment to power the Jacobs Omni Magnum. Any ideas/recommendations?

Well I just hooked up my MSD and I sed the power at the rear fuse panel. I don't know about the Jacobs unit but MSD only draws like 5.8 - 6.7 amps so I don't see a problem. Also it is constant 12v . Good luck.

Use the 12V wire that you disconnected from your stock coil primary, that's what it's for.

This is NOT a coil.
