Sources for electric fan for Carrera oil cooler

I remember someone posting about some electric fans for the fender oil cooler but can't find them in the archives. Does anyone know a source besides the OEM fan? With summer here, I would like to add one. Also is it better to push or pull the air through the cooler?

Search the archives for "Spal" or "mocal"

I think BAT sells them, advertises in Excellence.

Thanks. What size is best? Or are 2 smaller fans better?

Here is a source for a surplus 230 CFM fan ... they normally sell for around $75 from places like Allied Electronics.

And, here is the data from the mfr ...

Paul, if you can find the room, I think a 'pusher' fan configuration like the factory used would be safer for the fan ... less chance of road debris knocking out or damaging it.

Here is the Allied Electronics listing for similar fans from same mfr, Rotron, an industry standard for at least 40 years:
