Roland? Do the really early (2.0) connectors give a different resistance reading than later, but pre '74 connectors?

Just a followup to what I said above about the availability of Bremi resistor ends - my BMW mechanic has them - NZ$9.50 (less than US$5 each).

Anyone who works on '02s should have them if anyone wants to try.

Hello

The early straight connectors have the same resistance but they wheren´t tough enough to withstand the high Voltage for a long time.

Porsche also had spark plug fouling problems with the early S engines so you had plugs for cruising and plugs for driving.
In 69 the first Bosch silver electrodes came with the 2,2 S and where also used on the 2,0 S.
