I recently purchased a nice '77 911s from California. I live in Va and would like to remove the extra smog equipment. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for the help.

I have a 77 911 Calif. car. I hope thermal reactors have been removed already. I removed distributor vac. advance and set timing to 0 deg. It will run cooler and better. Confirm this in Up-Fixin. Hope engine has been completly rebuilt. Don't forget to remove EGR valve. Contact me if you want to pick my little brain. My car has that proverbable[sic] Calif. beauty look to it, unless you know what your looking at. It is a mean unassumeing mother !@#$%^. .....Ron

Forgot to mention to remove smog pump only after you remove thermal reactors....Ron
