Rear Spring Plate Woes During Alignment

I did front alignment over Labor Day Weekend and got that all squared away.

Rear alignment, however, is proving surprisingly difficult. I am unable to get the spring plate on the rear right to budge whatsoever and so cannot change toe (the camber is at a setting I am alright with). The left side springplate allows for a wide range of camber adjustment and I set it to match the right; the toe has placed the spring plate at the limit of travel and still has inward toe of ~37 seconds of arc.

I'm buggered; I don't see any obvious damage, and was hoping to see if anyone had encountered something like this before.

You did try to turn it 360 degrees the other way to get it to adjust? Loosen everything off so you can see what's happening, or not happening in your case.

Remove the toe aduster competely and look at the slots - maybe it's at it's limit? If the car has been lowered than you may not have the full range you need, though in my experience that usually means you can't get to 0 camber.
