Brake Disk runout

Hey guys,

I am in the process of measuring my brake disk runout. Does anyone know the correct runout measurements for the rotor and hub for a 1988 911 carrera. The runout measurement, taken about an inch from the edge of the rotor remained within twenty five thousandths of an inch .0025 for all four wheels and since the rotors are new I'm assuming the majority of the runout is from the hub. Is this within the allowed runout and what would you guys do to get this value closer to 0.00.

If I cannot get it any closer would you recommend an on car lathe to the rotors?

As always, thanks gentleman. Your responses are appreciated.

Cheers,
CMV
