Ready to start your early 911 3.6 conversion? Attn: San Diego Pelicanheads!

This looks like it's going to be dirt cheap. Wish there were more details.

Perhaps the ISDPG folk should chip in a few bucks a piece and buy this body? Then a few more bucks for the 3.6, add some 50mm PMOs and new cams, rod bolts and such.

Keep it narrow and keep the skinny tires.

We'd have weekly meetings and do the work ourselves - of course if all other ISDPGers pay for all the parts, I'd be happy to supply the beer.

Thanks for the heads up, Lee!

Best,

Kurt

What Kurt says!

I think there should now be an EC-BEAST-WDP

Early Car
Big Engine And Skinny Tyres
World Domination Plot

Numbers are low at this stage, but we can do it. Any WDP name with BEAST in it is perfect.

Well, at least it has fresh red paint...

Would be a fun roller to make a track monster out of.

At what this car is going for now, it seems like it would be worth buying to part out.

I talked to the guy. The one thing that is soooo nice about the internet is that pictures always look much better.

He says he hasnt really looked under the car but thinks there is rust around the battery boxes.??

He also doesnt know why it was painted with dings still in the body....

So I though about going down to look, then he says he has a bidder who will go to $2800 so dont come down thinking I am going to steal the car.....??

Has anyone ever narrowed the rear-end on a 911? You could put 11" wheels under with with the stock or SC flares.
