Need Grounding
My temp Guage isn't working, and tonight I traced it to a bad ground. I can't find where the problem is exactly in the wire. The guage wires are bundled and taped.
My question is can I just run a seperate ground to that guage from somewhere in the trunk staight thru to the guage until I can get behind the dash and find why the original won't work? Yes, I am an electrical idiot?

Jeff,
Yes, any ground will do, closer the better ... and be sure to use a BROWN wire! Must not be that bad ... or you wouldn't have founmd the bad ground!
