Can someone deciper these numbers?

These are from my 69 engine which has no engine numbers so I am guessing it is a factory replacement case.

Engine Case: 101 101 3R

On Cylinder Barrels: 901 104 306 2R

On Head? 901 105 11 OR

Could somebody please decipher these for me?

Those are casting numbers. The cylinders should have a Mahle number, not a 901#
Heads are casting numbers. On the opposite corner of the head is a letter, 4 numbers and a letter. Thats the discription of the head. Like K1819d for a 69 T or E head
