how to replace door glass weatherstrip ?

hi!ciao! please: how to replace door glass weatherstrip ?
you have to remove the whole door?
I tried to insert but does not enter....

just need to use small pry tools to the pry the metal part and then slide the rubber out . just make sure dont scratch the paint

I just did this. Like the previous poster said the "squeege" seal just slides into a channel in the belt moulding. I laid down a strip of painter's tape on the top of the door and then used a plastic putty knife to pull up the belt moulding from the rear end. It's held into the door shell by a series of metal clips. You only really need to pop out three or so of the clips. You can then slide out the old weatherstrip and slide the new one in.

On the other hand this is a good time to clean out the dirt and grime that can collect under the moulding.

My old weatherstrips were at least an inch short of covering the glass leaving a hole that allowed in water and wind.
