Fuchs Refinishing

I am wanting to get a set of Fuchs refinished and would like to identify if there is a reputable & recommended Shop on the East-coast ??? PA east....I am in Newport, Rhode Island

In the meantime,as an interim Fix, is there a "Good" rattle-can recommendation for the Black Satin Centers ??

Reasonable and good? Bite the bullet and send them to Harvey Weidman. You want the best. Mid level is a waste of money.
