Fuse size for int. lights?
 

After getting my car back from the body shop, the interior lights don't work. There was a blown 15 amp fuse in the panel. I tried replacing with another and it sparked and blew as soon as it made contact. Is it the wrong size? Or do I have a bigger problem? Any help is appreciated, since my alarm is set up to go off with the interior lights. Thanks!
