Tunnel replacement part?

I can see that I have a pretty rusty and it will have to be replaced but I have not found a replacement part. Does anyone produce one or do I have to make it?

If you want to replace the entire tunnel you may be best off looking for someone cutting up a car. I don't know if they are available any more.
